Steps and Procedures

Special case in permanent makeup

Procedure steps

Permanent makeup is generally done in 2 stages, see 3 or more  voir ** Particular case **

1st session

1 touch-up 5 to 8 weeks later.

The pigment stabilization phase will last an average of 28 to 30 days after the tattoo, this is the healing time.

Trust the procedure and be patient to get the best quality result.

** Particular case **

Mature skin

Oily skin

Damaged skin

scars

Burned skins

Mouth tanned by the sun or by tobacco

black skins

Skins mwoven

Brown or even black dark circles, caused by extremely lazy microcirculation which leads to poor drainage of melanin

Recovery of old micropigmentation

(taking into account the tattoo that was done before, see if the fabric is still in good condition, or has become scarred, if corrections are needed, colors to be neutralized, etc.)

Note that the chemical and genetic compositions of each brand of permanent makeup pigments are completely different from one industry to another.

The mixture of pigments (old and new micropigmentation) can impact the final result

Color change cannot be predicted

** For all these particularities **

We cannot predict the final result of a tattoo, nor how many sessions   you will need exactly in advance.

The quality of a tattoo can only be seen when it is completely healed, 5 to 8 weeks later.

For the procedure, we start from a base then we refine with the sessions as and when the results of healings to get closer to the expected final result.

Each fabric is different with its particularities.

Especially since there are 6 types of different skin tones (Fitzpatrick's classification).

An example, the same pigment for 6 people with different skin tone, will give  6 different scar and color results.

We must also take into account that each person   has different undertones, it can be warm, neutral or cold.

This is why mastering the science of colors, colorimetry is essential to correct its imperfections.

Black and mixed-race skin requires very specific knowledge and technique.

It requires a lot of delicacy and patience because it is very sensitive.

Beware of hyperpigmentation and the risk of keloids if not knowledgeable about the subject, refrain.

We all heal differently and each outcome is different.

The work technique is personalized, studied and targeted for each person.

The more damaged the skin, the higher the melanin level, the more working technique and sessions you will need.

Still, it will be necessary to work delicately, layer by layer.

Be patient, we will observe together session after session how your skin heals.

And we will adapt the work technique until we get closer to the desired end result.
